The Memphis Grizzlies announced the hirings of Rich Cho as VP of Basketball Strategy, and Glen Grunwald as Senior Advisor on Wednesday.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported the news, and added that the Grizzlies are expected to make more additions in front office this offseason. Grizzlies Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Zach Kleiman was recently promoted, following the “sweeping changes” orchestrated by team owner Robert Pera.

“We are excited to welcome Rich and Glen to the Grizzlies,” Kleiman said in a team statement. “Rich and Glen bring a wealth of experience, basketball acumen and leadership to the organization as we continue to build and shape our basketball operations.”

Cho will move to Memphis and work from the Grizzlies offices, overseeing salary cap strategy, analytics, and systems and information management, while Grunwald will work remotely and retain his position as President and CEO of Canada Basketball, per Chris Herrington of The Daily Memphian.

Cho and Grunwald, two former general managers, are the latest moves of the team's front office since the firing of J.B. Bickerstaff as head coach, and the demotion of Chris Wallace.

The Grizzlies will also look to garner some heavy talent through the NBA Draft and free agency this offseason.
