Miami Heat forward and three-time champion Andre Iguodala has sold his mansion in the San Francisco Bay area for $3.65 million, according to a report from sfgate.com.

Iguodala purchased the Tuscan style home, which was designed by architect Ken Hertel, in 2017 as a member of the Golden State Warriors. He gave $3.6 million for the Lafayette estate at that time, according to sfgate.com, so he's actually turned a bit of a profit.

The house wasn't on the market long, as it sold in just six weeks. Aside from a few minor touch-ups and a fresh coat of paint, Andre Iguodala didn't change much to the overall layout:

Iguodala was traded from the Warriors to the Memphis Grizzlies in July of 2019. The 36-year-old was dealt to the Miami Heat in February of 2020 as part of a three-team trade. As part of the deal, he agreed to a two-year, $30 million extension with Miami, with the last year being a team option.

In his 21 appearances with the Heat during the 2019-20 regular season, Iggy racked up averages of 4.6 points on 43.2 percent shooting from the field (29.8 percent from beyond the arc), 3.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists. For the most part, he's played a reserve role.

The Heat (44-29 in the regular season and the No. 5 seed in the East) are currently making a serious push in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. In fact, Miami has already advanced to the conference finals, where they await the Boston Celtics or Toronto Raptors.
