Retired NBA great and Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade has been channeling his inner Dennis Rodman as of late, flashing several bold hair colors during the quarantine period.

D-Wade's latest fiery choice is perhaps an ode to his old NBA team, as the 13-time All-Star proudly displayed the red-hot ā€œflamesā€ on the back of his head to his social media followers on Friday.

The bright red colors are indeed eye-catching, while the blonde streak right above his nape area was also a nice touch.

Of course, Dwyane Wade spent his first 13 seasons in South Beach, where he won all of his three NBA championships.

He was the main man in the Heat's 2006 championship run with Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal. Wade then willingly took a back seat to LeBron James in Miami's back-to-back conquests in 2012 and 2013.

The Flash took quick detours with his hometown Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers before finding himself back to the Heat in the 2018-19 season. Wade fittingly ended his playing career in a Miami jersey, the same team that picked him fifth overall back in 2003.

Wade still holds multiple Heat franchise records, including points, assists and steals, among many others.

This is isn't the first time Wade played around with his hair since retiring from the game. The 6-foot-4 guard also rocked a pink hairstyle last May, matching that of his second-born Zion ā€” who now identifies as Zaya after announcing her transition.

Wade turned it up a notch by dying it bright red, which even earned a thumbs up from Dennis Rodman himself.
