Miami Heat star  Kyle Lowry's debut for the franchise gets off to a rocky start as the former NBA champion limps his way to the locker room in the second quarter.

The 35-year old rolled his ankle while driving to the hoop and accidentally stepped on Milwaukee Bucks forward Pat Connaughton's right foot. Lowry immediately fell on the floor before ultimately limping his way to the Heat locker room to get some treatment prior to the half.

Here's the play again (via Bally Sports):

It was a great sign that Lowry was able to hobble off the court on his own and didn't need extra help. Also, it did help the Heat's cause that they were up big in the opening half against the defending champions powered by a 40-point first quarter.

Thankfully, the team immediately got their point guard back as Lowry returned to the bench after getting a quick treatment (via Miami Heat).
