The Miami Heat host the Detroit Pistons in South Beach on Wednesday, and Pistons head coach Dwane Casey has some high praise for Heat star Dwyane Wade.

As everyone knows, Wade is retiring from the NBA this season despite showing the league he can still produce at a high level. Wade, who is 37 years old, has turned back the clock a few times this season and taken over games in the fourth quarter.

Dwane Casey says Wade is a winner and has “psychologically tricked his body into thinking he’s 23 again.”

In 56 games this season for the Heat, Dwyane Wade isn't playing like a 37-year-old who has a ton of mileage on his body.

Entering Wednesday, Wade is averaging 14.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game while shooting 43.8 percent from the floor, 32.1 percent from the 3-point line and 66.7 percent from the foul line. The 13-time All-Star has three double-doubles on the season and scored at least 20 points 10 times.

When the fourth quarter hits and the Heat are in a close game, it's D-Wade time. He may be 37 and in his last season in the league, but Flash is still an elite closer and knows what it takes to win games in the clutch.
