Miami Heat rookie Kendrick Nunn showed some major hops in Game 2 of the NBA Finals after completely erasing the shot attempt of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis.

Despite being massively undersized, the undrafted 6-foot-2 guard climbed the ladder and denied the 6-foot-11 Lakers forward a chance for an easy deuce.

AD caught a beautiful pass from LeBron James and was primed to get yet another lay-up against the smaller Heat frontline. But Nunn foiled The Brow's plans and came over the weak side for the highlight rejection.

Here's a closer look at Nunn's magnificent defensive stop.

Kendrick Nunn, meanwhile, got some extended minutes in Game 2 after Heat starter Goran Dragic was unable to go due to a torn plantar fascia on his left foot.

He repaid coach Erik Spoelstra's trust and provided the Heat some valuable minutes off the bench. Anthony Davis, meanwhile, got a lot of easy buckets in Game 2. That surprising block from Nunn will certainly make him more cautious in the coming games.
