Despite the fact that the Charlotte Hornets are only one year removed from acquiring point guard Terry Rozier from the Boston Celtics in exchange for fellow floor general Kemba Walker, the Eastern Conference franchise still decided to select soon-to-be rookie point guard LaMelo Ball with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.

With the tandem of Ball of combo guard Devonte' Graham currently in the mix alongside Rozier, it has been rumored that the Hornets have at least entertained the idea of trading away the former Celtics standout.

It is no secret that Rozier could help more than a few teams from around the league with the Los Angeles Clippers looking to keep up with the Staples Center rival Los Angeles Lakers, who have been extremely active this offseason. As the Clippers have reportedly become a potential suitor for Rozier, apparently “Scary Terry” is open to the idea of playing for the surging Western Conference franchise.

Of course, the Clippers are still led by All-Star forwards Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, though the duo could definitely use some help. The Clippers have already lost big man Montrezl Harrell and guard Landry Shamet this offseason—among a few others—while shuffling around the team's roster a bit more than some expected after a somewhat successful 2019-20 campaign.

Adding sharpshooter Luke Kennard and veteran big man Serge Ibaka to the mix, perhaps Rozier can provide some additional depth up top for the Clippers, who most notably has guards Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams atop the depth chart.
