Michael Jordan — the greatest basketball player of all time — popped out of his seat after Terry Rozier of the Charlotte Hornets nailed the stepback jumper to break the tie against the Indiana Pacers.

Peep the clip below per Bleacher Report. Notice how Jordan unleashed his signature fist pump after Rozier drained the jumper.

Rozier was acquired by the Hornets in a sign-and-trade deal over the summer. The organization tagged the guard as an up-and-coming player and is expected to fill the void left by Kemba Walker.

During his stint with the Celtics, Rozier served as a backup guard to Kyrie Irving. And when Irving was down, Rozier had a couple of breakout games which intrigued various analysts if he could evolve into a bona fide starting guard in the league.

So far with the Hornets, Rozier is putting up 16 points per game, 5.8 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.0 steal. He's shooting 43 percent from the field and 35.3 percent from downtown. While these numbers don't shout at you, these are vast improvements from his stint in Boston.
