LA Thieves announced their starting lineup for the upcoming Call of Duty League Stage 4, and former champion Huke isn't there. 100 Thieves revealed that they have benched the 2020 CDL champ ahead of Stage 4.

LA Thieves' coach Jordan “JKap” Kaplan explains that they haven't seen the same level of consistency as a team, hence the changes.

Meanwhile, Huke reassures his fans that he's doing fine. He tweets, “I'm okay everyone! Apparently, there is something wrong with being happy nowadays. On a real note, excited to be in an environment where I'm respected and can let my passion let loose again.”

Huke's time with the team as a starter during Stage 3 ended up with a 6:9 win-loss record. Obviously, this record isn't desirable, hence changes had to happen. LA Thieves replaced Huke with Thomas ‘TJHaLy’ Haly, their previous started before Huke came in. Now, LA Thieves will have to try to get into the Top 3 in Stage 4 this time around.

Call of Duty League Season 4 Week 1 begins on May 27, with OpTic Chicago playing home until May 30. The last week will be hosted by the LA Thieves from June 10-13. While all teams will end up attending the $500,000 Major, their performance during these three weeks will determine their seedings. The CDL points the teams accumulate during the five seasons of CDL will determine if they get a slot in the CDL Championship.
