Ladies and gentlemen, Jordan Spieth is back. After three winless and disappointing years (and even a rough start to begin 2021), Jordan Spieth is now going back to Augusta on a high note.

Capitalizing on the momentum gained from the Waste Management Phoenix Open (T-4), the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am (T-3), and the Arnold Palmer Invitational (T-4), Spieth finally broke through with a win at the Valero Texas Open. This year's PGA Tour is starting to read like a storybook for the young wunderkind, and Spieth is poised to have the comeback endings of comeback endings with some luck at the 2021 Masters.

Even better, it looks like someone is already reading:

A long road it has been. Since his last win at the 2017 British Open, the once top-ranked golfer in the world was thought to have fallen off a good bit. After much speculation and the reveal of a hidden injury, all indicators point to Spieth putting it all back together for a real run this year. He will have an uphill road to climb, of course, as his total strokes gained over the competitive field is still among the worst of his career year-to-year. His approach is apparently better, though, and he will need every single bit of that technique and power if he is to prevail against the heavyweights going into the Masters. He won't be able to make mistakes approaching the green against the likes of Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson, and Rory McIlroy, not to mention a whole host of would-be claimants.

But if there's anyone to give Spieth advice after his clutch performance the other day, it would be Jack Nicklaus himself:

It's clear to see that Nicklaus is rooting for an updated green jacket joint photo op. We know Jordan Spieth is after he finished T-46 at the 2020 Masters, which was won by Dustin Johnson.
