Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles has really struggled the last few weeks but teammate Calais Campbell hasn't lost confidence in his starting quarterback. Campbell still sees a fierce competitor when he looks into Bortles eyes and he still thinks he can get the job done.

“You know I look into his eyes and I see the competitor,” Campbell said via NFL.com. “Nobody's tougher on himself than Blake. He loves the game, wants to do well. He understands.

Over the past three games, Bortles has thrown five interceptions and lost three fumbles but Campbell thinks he can clean that up and it will be a whole different ballgame for Bortles and the team.

“Take away the turnovers [and] this is a different ballgame. He's focused and working hard. I see it in his eyes that he's ready to go. So I'm confident in him. The team's confident in him. Hopefully we get on the road here and make some good things happen.”

The Jaguars have had a couple of really bad weeks but they still sit only one game behind the Houston Texans who sit in first place in the AFC South.

“Real take is we've had a couple of bad weeks of football,” Campbell said. “But at the end of the day, we're still alive. [The] opportunities are right there in front of us.”

The Jaguars have a tough matchup on Sunday playing the Philadelphia Eagles in London but that is somewhere Bortles has played really well. The team is 3-0 averaging 36 points per game and Bortles only had one turnover total over that stretch.

His leash will be short on Sunday but if he can find some of that London magic, maybe it's just what the team needs to win.
