Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey is expected to miss his second straight day of practice as he deals with a back injury according to Demetrius Harvey of Locked on Jaguars.

This is the same back injury that caused him to miss last Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos, but there are some who question how bad it really is. Ramsey has seemed to have every excuse under the sun to not have to suit up another game with the Jaguars, but as long as Ramsey says he has a back injury, there is nothing the team really can do to fine him or force him to play.

Jaguars owner Shad Klan said on Wednesday night that the best thing was to have Ramsey be a part of the team, and there are no plans to trade him.

“Obviously, football is a team sport and I'm sensitive to what individual insight or viewpoint or requests [there] might be,” Khan said via ESPN. “But we have to do the right thing for the team. We value the values Jalen adds to us, to the Jaguars. I think we value him highly. We're still looking at what is the right thing for the Jaguars, and I think right now the best thing is to have him be part of the team.”

Khan doesn't want to trade Ramsey and it's clear Ramsey doesn't want to play for the Jaguars anymore so at some point something is going to have to give and the team will have to move on or Ramsey will have to suit up again.
