There have been some pretty impressive arrivals at NFL training camp over the years but they might have all been topped on Wednesday by Jacksonville Jaguars star Jalen Ramsey.

Ramsey showed up in an armored truck with the driver making a case on why he should be paid top dollar in his next contract.

“Ya’ll know what time it is. Ya’ll know what time it is. This man’s coverage is so good, he could have his own cell-phone service,” the hype man said. “The man’s so good, they’re gonna give him his own jail — Jalen Towers — because these receivers are on 24-hour lockdown. If you check his pocket, he’s got eight master locks in his pocket. They’re on lockdown all season. The man, the myth: Jalen Ramsey.”

After the speech was over, Ramsey emerged from the back of the truck with his bags and hopped out to get to camp.

Ramsey made it clear this off-season that he wanted a new contract from the team but the team said they wouldn't be giving him an extension, at least not yet. Ramsey is entering the final year of his contract and unless the team places the franchise tag on him, he will be an unrestricted free agent next off-season.

It will be interesting if this type of act gets any pushback from the front office but it's clear that Ramsey has made his point very clear, he wants to get paid and he wants to get paid in a big way.
