At this very moment, veteran pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue is still a member of the Jacksonville Jaguarswhether he likes it or not. However, the disgruntled defensive lineman has refused to keep quiet despite the ongoing chaos between him and the struggling AFC South franchise.

Most recently, Ngakoue made an appearance on ESPN on Tuesday while this time revealing exactly what he wants in his next NFL team.

“I really wanna be a part of a team that has a great culture,” Ngakoue said, as transcribed by NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk. “Winning is a habit and I don’t want to be with a team where losing is a norm of anything of that nature. I want to be a part of something special.”

While this sounds simple enough, the Jaguars don't appear to be in any hurry to move the already franchise-tagged defender, who has made it abundantly clear that his playing days in Jacksonville are completely over.

It is also worth noting, though, that a trade involving Ngakoue would obviously require a trade to give up valuable assets in order to acquire his services. While Ngakoue would surely be worth a steep price, there are more than a few talents free-agent pass rushers still on the open market as it stands today.

Although some teams aren't willing to break the bank for a player like former Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney, those same teams will have alternative options in the former of Markus Golden, Clay Matthews, Everson Griffen, and several other high-caliber players.
