The boxing world has been turned on its head ever since Logan and Jake Paul took the ring as amateur boxers. Many have been anticipating when Jake Paul would return to the ring, as he's been talking major trash to some of the top talent in the fight game. However, that wait has ended, as Jake Paul made an official announcement for his next bout.

The YouTube Star turned boxer left a teaser video on his Twitter account on Sunday. His return date is set for August 13, 2022. Jake Paul will be set to take on a new opponent in the late summer and many are on edge to know who his opponent will be.

For now, the opponent is yet to be determined, per ESPN. Many speculate he'll finally be taking on a legitimate boxer for once, but we'll see how it plays out. So far in Jake Paul's career, he is 5-0 with four knockouts. Although, all of his fights have been against amateurs or former UFC fighters known more for their wrestling skills than their boxing skills.

Regardless, Jake Paul reels in views, as he is one of the best trash talkers in the game. We've seen him routinely get under Dana White's skin over fighter pay. For now, we don't know who Paul will take on in his return to the ring, however, it will likely be a spectacle for the boxing world.

Keep an eye on Jake Paul as another announcement is bound to be made within the coming weeks. Depending on who he is fighting, this could be the biggest fight of Paul's career so far. Hopefully, it is a legitimate boxer, perhaps someone who is a prospect with a ton of potential.
