Dana White and Jake Paul are in a very strange feud. There have been a lot of questions about the UFC president and how he truly feels about the younger Paul brother. Javier Mendez, Khabib Nurmagomedov's coach, recently revealed his true feelings for Paul.

The UFC president was recently on Logan Paul's podcast and finally talked about Jake Paul. Javier Mendez believes Dana White actually admires the YouTuber turned boxer.

“If it makes business sense for Dana then he’ll do it. Dana is a mastermind of creating news in the media, he’s a master at it. Even the thing with Jake Paul, you know he has his war with Jake Paul, but behind closed doors he actually admires the kid and respects how he goes about getting attention.

“Dana knows how to market it and if the attention is there it's going to happen. That’s why Dana says [Islam not fighting for the title next] may not be what he really means. Sometimes he’s building up the hype and he’s a master at that. I’m 80 percent confident Islam gets the title shot next.”

Javier Mendez may have just broken a big rule in pro wrestling where he ‘broke kayfabe.' Dana White apparently doesn't have a real issue and the UFC president actually admires him, if Khabib Nurmagomedov's coach can be believed.

It will have to be seen if Jake Paul does eventually try to work with the UFC. Dana White has been quick to shut down everything so far but Javier Mendez may have some extra insight on the situation.
