The Utah Jazz have quietly become one of the more exciting NBA teams in the league. Adding to their pick-and-roll arsenal, the team embraced the 3-point line which led to a fourth-best 36-18 record in the Western Conference.

Utah's  success has also allowed for their stars Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert to become NBA All-Stars. Mitchell and Gobert are first time All-Stars this 2020, solidifying themselves as the franchise's cornerstones.

However, the importance of veteran forward Joe Ingles can’t be counted out. Although he’s only averaging 10 points per game, he could be considered part of the Jazz nucleus.

So, in good fun, Ingles decided to roast Mitchell and Gobert via Twitter as they prepare for their first All-Star appearance. He even took a shot at Shaquille O'Neal in the process.

It’s good to see Ingles playfully rib his co-stars, and it highlights the purpose of Twitter. It’s clear that Ingles is in support of his Jazz teammates and he just wants to give them a playful bash as they prepare to play Sunday night.

But a serious question that Ingles may need to answer is: will the Jazz be true contenders out west? The Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets are in front of them, and arguably, they only matchup well with the Nuggets.

However, the Jazz have appeared to have found the formula to make them a potential 55-win team. Will it be enough for Joe Ingles and Utah to get over? Once the laughter of All-Star weekend is over, they will get to work and find out.
