Utah Jazz big man Rudy Gobert got booted out of their home game against the Houston Rockets. Officials decided to eject the 26-year-old center after he slapped a drinking cup at the scorers table. What's more frustrating is this happened with not even three minutes gone by in the game.

But after being thrown out, Gobert decided to unleash his energy instead in the weight room:

Gobert's ejection stemmed from an incident just 2:47 into the contest. Gobert was whistled for his second foul after he seemingly pushed James Harden while he asked for the ball.

A furious Gobert then walked toward the Utah bench, but he made one last statement before sitting down and did it at the expense of that drinking cup. As a result, Gobert did not only lose his cool, but he also lost the right to stay in the ball game.

The good news for the Jazz on this night is they didn't miss the services of their stud center. Utah rolled over the scuffling Rockets in a 118-91 blowout victory.

Gobert has been doing a fantastic job for the Jazz so far, when he's not getting ejected. He's making nearly 70 percent of his shots and is averaging 15.5 points, 12.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in 32.4 minutes per game.

There's no denying that the 7-foot-1 center is a vital piece of the Jazz's lineup. Rudy Gobert earned a place on the All-NBA second team in 2017 and received the Defensive Player of the Year award the previous season thanks to his incredible shot-blocking presence.
