The New York Jets are banged up at wide receiver at the moment. Quincy Enunwa is going to be out for a while with an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Terrelle Pryor tweaked his groin. As a result, the team is bringing in two wideouts in veteran Rishard Matthews and former first-round pick Corey Coleman for workouts.

Matthews, 29, is a seven-year pro who spent the previous two seasons with the Tennessee Titans. He played 30 games, recording 118 catches for 1,740 yards with 13 touchdowns during that time.

However, asked for a release from the Titans earlier this season due to a lack of touches on offense, and it was granted. He recently worked out with the Cleveland Browns and the Arizona Cardinals last week, but he was not signed.

Meanwhile, the 24-year-old Coleman was the 15th overall pick by the Browns in 2016. After two disappointing injury-hit seasons in Cleveland, he was traded away to the Buffalo Bills during training camp. However, he was unable to impress and was cut by the Bills before the start of the season.

He then spent a few weeks with the New England Patriots, who signed him, cut him after trading for Josh Gordon, signed him again to their practice squad, and cut him again a couple weeks ago.

Enunwa and Prior have been two of the Jets' top three receivers this season in terms of receiving yards. With those two out, the Jets are down to just Robby Anderson, Jermaine Kearse, and Andre Roberts as their remaining options at wide receiver.
