Khabib Nurmagomedov has recently been called out by Jake Paul for a fight in MMA. The former UFC lightweight champion had no issue being honest when asked about facing Jake Paul.

Jake Paul organizing a fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov is not very realistic whether it's in the UFC or Eagle FC. Part of that is because the Russian is retired and has no plans for coming back.

“Come on, Jake Paul. I don’t think so,” Nurmagomedov said on the “FULL SEND PODCAST.” In MMA, (I’ll win in) like couple of minutes.”

He continued, “He’s late a little bit because I’m finished. Of course we can think about this. I watched – it was sparring, or I watched some video where he’s doing, like, MMA with someone. He has to learn a lot.”

Khabib Nurmagomedov will gladly credit Jake Paul for his skills in boxing. The former UFC champion had bigger questions about his wrestling game.

“In boxing, he knows how to punch,” Nurmagomedov said. “He’s not bad in the boxing game. Anybody can box. You can box, too, but you never can wrestle. This is completely different. If he wants, we can give him a chance. We can sign him, and we can pay him, and we’ll see.”

Khabib Nurmagomedov retired from the UFC back in 2020 after defeating Justin Gaethje by submission. Many have been hoping to lure him back into the game. Jake Paul tried but has been unable to pique the Russian's interest in a potential MMA fight or boxing match.
