The Sacramento Kings hit the road to take on the Boston Celtics Friday night. Below we will continue our NBA odds series with a Kings-Celtics prediction and pick. We will also let you know how to watch the game.

The Kings are coming off a game against the New York Knicks Thursday night, which is a tough matchup. Sacramento has already lost to the Celtics once this season. In that game, De'Aaron Fox scored 29 points to lead the team. Domantas Sabonis recorded a double-double in the loss, as well. As a team, the Kings shot 47.3 percent from the floor, made 21 threes, and scored 119 points. Malik Monk remains out with his knee injury Friday night.

The Celtics are coming off a very solid win against the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they have now won three in a row. In their win over the Kings earlier this season, the Celtics put up 144 points. Five different players scored at least 20 points in the win. They did all that without Jayson Tatum active. Jaylen Brown and Derrick White both had 28 points to lead the Celtics. As a team, the Celtics shot 55.4 percent from the field, and 52.4 percent from beyond the arc. Boston will be healthy heading into this game.

Why The Kings Could Cover The Spread/Win

Sacramento scored 119 points in the first matchup, which is usually very helpful toward securing a win. In fact, the Kings are 37-8 when they score at least 115 points this season. They are a team that needs to score to win, and they did just that in the first game against a pretty good defensive team. If the Kings can have another offensive game like that, they will be able to cover the spread.

Sacramento needs to do this scoring if they want to keep this matchup close. The Celtics have 16 losses this season, and 10 of those have come when they allow 115 points or more. The Celtics are a great scoring team, but if their defense gets caught up, they can really struggle.

Why The Celtics Could Cover The Spread/Win

Boston scored 144 points in the first game against the Kings. Do not expect them to score that many points again in this one. However, the Celtics are second in the NBA with 121.0 points per game. They can score from all levels of the court, and they need to continue it in this game. Boston is 51-6 when they score 115 points or more this season. The Kings allow 115.7 points per game, so Boston has a great chance to reach that mark.

One thing to keep in mind is the Celtics are the best home team in the NBA. They are 33-3 at home, so they have been almost unbeatable in those games. Boston needs to continue their home dominance in this game. They have pretty much locked up the top seed in the Eastern Conference, but this is a game they want to win.

Final Kings-Celtics Prediction & Pick

I can not bet against the Celtics at home. For that reason, I will be taking the Celtics to cover this spread.
