The New York Knicks fended off the Chicago Bulls to win 120-119, giving New York its 50th win on the season. They just clinched the No. 2 seed of the Eastern Conference and will take on one of the play-in tournament teams. However, the fanbase doesn't seem to be too thrilled about it.

Jalen Brunson and the Knicks await to play one of the Philadelphia 76ers or Miami Heat, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Although New York earned one of the top seeds, they are set to face off against a dangerous team in the playoffs.

“Knicks await the winner of Philadelphia-Miami Play-In Tournament in opening round of Eastern Conference playoffs.”

It's a cool moment for the Knicks as they've looked like one of the best teams in the league all season long. Additionally, the team is clearly not scared to play against the 76ers or Heat. Despite that, the fans are in disbelief as many of them feel the right move would have been to lose the final regular season game against the Bulls. Here are some of the best reactions.

You play to win the game!

Too funny!

At least this guy is confident in the Knicks.

This marks the first time since 2013 the Knicks won 50+ games in the regular season. Jalen Brunson has been simply amazing all season and aims to maintain his consistency in the playoffs. As long as he's healthy, New York should have a fighting chance against whomever they face in the postseason.

Although some fans aren't happy with the seeding, the Knicks are primed for a deep playoff run. A seven game series can go in any direction. But New York has the talent to beat out either the 76ers or Heat.

Brunson will be the main force for this team. He's been an absolute monster all season long. He finished the regular season averaging 28.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 6.7 assists per game. Jalen Brunson should be in the mix for the MVP after leading the Knicks to a top two finish in the Eastern Conference.

Look for this team remain hot in the postseason. Everything seems to be coming together at the right time. The NBA play-in tournament for the Eastern Conference tips off on Wednesday, April 17.
