Los Angeles Lakers fans held their collective breath during the second quarter of their game against the Memphis Grizzlies. LeBron James was seen writhing in pain while grabbing his right leg after a collision while anticipating a rebound.
His Lakers teammate Dwight Howard made contact withDesmond Bane while contesting his layup. The Grizzlies wing crashed into an unsuspecting LeBron James who got his legs taken out from under him.
But despite the scary moment that had Lakers fans fearing the worst, LeBron James was able to shrug it off moments later. King James didn't even have to get subbed out for the medical staff to give it a further look. He was up and mobile as the game resumed, even keying in a defensive stop moments later.

The last thing the Lakers need right now would be an injury to their best player. LeBron James and the gang are already reeling from their subpar play to open the season.
But with the season being 82 games long, there's more than enough time for the Lakeshow to figure out their chemistry and maximize the talent that they have. LA just need to hope they can avoid injury scares like this one to LeBron James.
