O'Shea Jackson Jr., the oldest son of rapper Ice Cube, is one huge Los Angeles Lakers fan. So much so, that the 30-year-old is more than willing to go at it on Twitter with an avid supporter of the Purple & Gold's most heated rivals, the Los Angeles Clippers. This is exactly what went down on the mean streets of Twitter on Friday and I don't know about you, but I'm grabbing my popcorn.
It all started with this tweet from a random guy named Jesse Beer, who is clearly a Clipper faithful:

O'Shea, who also goes by the stage name OMG, just couldn't let this slander against his beloved Lakers pass without mocking it. And so he did:
Laker fans if you want a good laugh. Look at these comments lmfao https://t.co/Ni5wJ3IT8q

Somehow, the Lakers vs Clippers debate turned into a deep discussion of Twitter's mysterious algorithm:
Guy calls me lame for “scrolling clippers Twitter”
I explain to him no when you type the word lakers it’s goes into the “topics feed” and thus pops up on my timeline. Literally explaining how I saw it and how Twitter works
And now I’m pathetic? Because I explained? Damn https://t.co/WsbreP824s pic.twitter.com/sTK1ZnYzRs

Mr. Beer did not appreciate Jackson's hostility so he went on an all-out attack against LeBron James and the Lakers:

Any LeBron reference will strike a nerve with Lakers fans, and so Jackson came out with a philosophical view on the whole rivalry:
Dude this the problem with yall. You really gon sit here and act like you wasn’t talkin about the lakers first?
This is a microcosm of the entire lakers/clippers war. Y’all talk about us. We respond. Y’all turn to “why are y’all even talking about us. Rent freee rent freeee” https://t.co/wZnYvQORXJ

The Clippers supporter then explained how he got in the situation in the first place, which as it turns out, was brought about by a rabid Lakers fan at a gas station:

It looks like Mr. Beer got the last laugh here, as Jackson didn't bother responding to his last tweet. Or at least he hasn't as of the time of this writing. Not to worry. We'll be keeping an eye on this groundbreaking news story. We shall keep you all posted.
