Los Angeles Lakers veteran point guard Rajon Rondo had arguably his best game of the season on Monday, but his team suffered a disheartening defeat at the hands of their crosstown rivals, the Los Angeles Clippers, 113-105.

Rondo had it going all night long, and his 24-point, 10-rebound, 12-assist triple-double allowed him to achieve a feat that only one other player in the history of the league has ever accomplished:

As mentioned in the tweet, retired All-Star point guard and current ESPN game analyst Mark Jackson is the only other player to have reached this mark. On Monday, Rondo joined the highly exclusive club after recording his first triple-double for the Lakers.

Rondo, 32, has now been with six different teams during his 13-year NBA career. After spending the first eight and a half years of his career with the Boston Celtics — where he would win an NBA title in 2008 — the crafty point guard has jumped from team to team over the past five years.

The four-time All-Star has had stints with the Dallas Mavericks, Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls, and New Orleans Pelicans.

Rondo has been playing a big role in the wake of Lonzo Ball's extended injury layoff. On the season, the three-time NBA season assists leader is currently averaging 9.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 7.5 assists in 28.3 minutes per ballgame. He may not be the upper echelon point guard he once was years back, but Rondo still has his moments.
