LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball have signed with agent Harrison Gaines — the same agent as their brother, Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball — with the plan for both of them to play together overseas, ESPN's Jeff Goodman reports.

“I don't care about the money,” LaVar Ball said on Thursday morning. “I want them to go somewhere where they will play them together on the court at the same time. The priority is for the boys to play on the same team.”

LaMelo, who is one of the top high-school recruits in the nation, will no longer be eligible to play in the NCAA after signing with an agent. His father LaVar confirmed that LaMelo will indeed not play college basketball.

After pulling LaMelo out of Chino Hills High School early in his junior season, LaVar also pulled LiAngelo from UCLA following his displeasure with the school’s handling of his son’s suspension following his shoplifting incident in China.

As the two younger Balls’ agent, Gaines will now oversee the process of finding their next team, and has already fielded interest from teams in Europe and Asia.

“I don't know the deals and who is offering what,” Ball said. “I'm letting Harrison handle all that, but I know there are a few teams interested. I just need to get them playing again.”
