Lance Stephenson could not be more excited for his home debut for the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday. He almost cried when the Pacers called to sign him again, and recently said he regretted ever leaving the franchise in the first place.

While likely very few things could compare to the frenzy of MJ's comeback — though LeBron James‘ return to Cleveland was likely right up there — Indiana fans will be glad to have Stephenson back on their roster after his strong stint with the team from 2010 to 2014. Although he hasn't played as well in any season since leaving the Pacers, if he helps push the team into a playoff spot — the Pacers currently sit in a three-way tie with the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat for the seventh seed — then any hysteria fans provide him upon his return may just be warranted.
