Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James welcomed his son, Bronny Jr., to Instagram on Monday.

Bronny Jr. is 14-years-old. He'll make his high school debut this season with the Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California. When you're the son of the best basketball player in the world, you are going to be get a lot of hype surrounding you.

One of the main reasons LeBron James loves living in Los Angeles is because he'll be able to watch Bronny Jr.'s high school games. Some thought LeBron was going to request a trade from the Lakers after Magic Johnson resigned from his president role. James signed a four-year deal with the Lakers last summer. Former Indiana Pacers and Orlando Magic head coach Frank Vogel will be LeBron's new coach this season.

If you watch highlights of Bronny Jr., you'll see he plays just like his dad. Bronny has tremendous vision and is super athletic for his age.

LeBron James played in 55 games this season for the Lakers. The four-time MVP averaged 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 8.3 assists per contest while shooting 51.0 percent from the field, 33.9 percent from beyond the arc and 66.5 percent from the free-throw line.
