The Detroit Lions' new regime is in town with Dan Campbell running the show and Jared Goff playing quarterback. On Thursday, the Lions released longtime long snapper Don Muhlbach, who had suited up for the Lions for nearly two decades.

Ironically enough, he was released on his 40th birthday in a highly questioned move. But, Lions head coach Dan Campbell had a perfectly blunt response to the release.

Campbell doesn't care one bit. The Lions' new head coach has been a media marvel since taking the job, making hilarious quote after hilarious quote, and doesn't appear to be stopping anytime soon. He started things off during his introductory press conference and hasn't stopped since.

Either way, there is excitement around the organization once again with all of the new faces over there. Jared Goff is ready to take the reins as the quarterback after they dealt Matthew Stafford to the Los Angeles Rams. DeAndre Swift is set to have a huge sophomore campaign, and rookie wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has been making strides.

But, Campbell doesn't care about being a nice guy, and maybe his attitude and personality will rub off on the players as they try and bounce back from a few porous years with Matt Patricia running the show.
