Dallas Mavericks star guard Luka Doncic was the king of the bubble on Sunday, completing a 40-point triple-double masterpiece with a step-back 3-pointer in overtime to down the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 of the first-round NBA playoff series.

Doncic, 21, was questionable heading into Game 4 after leaving the previous tilt with a left ankle injury. After multiple treatments, the former third-overall pick was inserted into the starting lineup and was impeccable all night.

Luka Doncic led the Mavs—playing without one-time All-Star power forward Kristaps Porzingis, a late scratch—to an overtime win over Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and the Clippers. The Slovenian prodigy poured in 43 points, 17 rebounds, and 13 assists in 46 minutes, all while playing on a hurt ankle.

The Mavs are now tied two games apiece with the Western Conference's second-seeded Clippers in what has to be the best first-round playoff series in the NBA's unprecedented bubble at the moment. Luka Doncic is one of a kind.
