Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks just forged his way into NBA history with a 30-point triple-double against the Toronto Raptors. In the Mavs' 123-120 loss to the Raptors, Doncic finished with 35 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Per SportsCenter, this made the 19-year-old Slovenian the first teenager in league history with a 30-point triple-double, as well as the first teenager with multiple triple-doubles.
Doncic's stat line against the Raptors is his second triple-double. His first one was on Jan. 21 when he notched 18 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.

The third overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft is a top favorite to win this year's top rookie award. In the recent All-Star voting, Doncic was very close to being named a starter.
He tallied 4,242,980 votes from fans, trailing only to LeBron James’ 4,602,809. Fan votes only count for 50 percent of the balloting. 25 percent each coming from NBA players and the media to complete the total.

Luka Doncic, who'll be turning 20 years old next month, is regarded as the future of the NBA as early as now. Much has been said about his superior basketball IQ at such an early age. What separates him from most basketball prodigies is his ability to perform in the clutch. It helps that Mavs head coach Rick Carlisle has placed supreme trust on the teenager to call plays for his veteran-filled squad.
