Former teammates DeMar DeRozan and Serge Ibaka have teamed up for the latest episode of “How hungry are you?”
The YouTube series stars Ibaka where he basically cooks a meal with a guest whom he shares a word or two. In episode four, Ibaka's guest is none other than DeRozan — his teammate for two years with the Toronto Raptors. Check out the episode below where they talk about life, basketball, and of course, the food:
As expected, the two nagged each other. Now that they're opponents, Ibaka said that he'll block and challenge DeRozan's shot and he knows all his moves. DeRozan, meanwhile, vowed to foul out Ibaka. In the end, they agreed to a bet to spice things up.
Of course, Ibaka raised the Raptors-DeRozan drama which sent the latter to the San Antonio Spurs. DeRozan seems to have fully moved on and even joked about it.
Ibaka also admitted that DeRozan is one of the best superstars he's played with. Take note that Ibaka has played with the NBA's elites including Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, and James Harden.
Since it is a food show, Ibaka surprised his good friend with some Congolese delicacy. DeRozan did promise to eat whatever Ibaka has prepared but he sure wasn't expecting what Ibaka cooked for him.
