The NBA Summer League in Las Vegas has been a thrill to watch for a lot of reasons. But, on Sunday, the game against the Sacramento Kings and Dallas Mavericks made headlines for a not-so-good reason. Kings' Chimezie Metu threw an elbow after taking a hard fall from Eugene Omuryi and both players went on to be ejected.

If you get fouled in mid-air like this, how would you react? 🤔

Metu took a hard fall and wasn't happy at all with it and reacted instantly. For what it's worth, this isn't the first time this has happened to Metu, either.

Surely this play was in Metu's from this past NBA season but still, not a good look for a young player who is fighting for rotational minutes on the Kings. He was ejected, and there could be a Summer League suspension coming– or even an NBA suspension when the season starts.
On a more positive note, Metu did make a highlight play earlier in the game with an impressive dunk.

Unfortunately, Metu's tensions got the most of him and we will wait to see if the NBA hands down any discipline from this incident. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but that might not be the case for Metu if a suspension is put into place by the NBA.
