Paul George and Damian Lillard apologized to each other after their family members got involved in the beef, per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

Lillard's sister and George's wife dissed each other on social media after Dame and PG's beef blew up earlier in the week.

Both Paul George and Damian Lillard are fierce competitors. Whatever is said on the court is just basketball, it's not personal.

However, when families get involved, that's when the beef crosses the line. With that said, it's good to hear that Lillard and George got in contact with one another and cleared the air. It can be assumed that the NBA stars talked to their family members as well. That's the beauty and ugliness of social media.

For the Blazers, Lillard is averaging 29.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists on the season. George, meanwhile, is putting up 21.4 points, 5.7 boards and 3.9 dimes with the Clippers.
