NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal will forever be remembered as one of the most dominant players to ever step on the hardwood. O'Neal famously broke backboards and rims whenever he enforced his power when slamming the ball.

Nowadays, there is a trend called the “Milk Crate Challenge”, the viral crate challenge involves stacking up milk crates and walking over them. This dangerous trend caused a lot of injuries as people fall down since the crates are not stable enough for people to maintain their balance.

In his recent social media activity, O'Neal posted a hilarious photo of a crate used as a rim beside a photo of the viral challenge.

O'Neal agrees to the “meme” photo since he certainly grew up in the tough neighborhood of Newark. Shaq might have reminisced a lot of memories during his childhood days in Newark before eventually moving to Texas wherein he blossomed to a star at Robert G. Cole High School.

The dominant big man was then drafted by the Orlando Magic with their first overall pick after leaving Lousiana State University. After his stint with the Magic, O'Neal signed for the Los Angeles Lakers, winning the famed feat three-peat with the Purple and Gold.

O'Neal's final fourth and final ring came after he was traded to the Miami Heat. Throughout his career, Shaq appeared in 15 All-Star games, he also averaged 24.3 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.1 blocks in his career.

After dunking in milk crates back then, Shaq has really come a long way in his career.
