Los Angeles Clippers swingman Paul George wasn't at his best during his team's most recent playoff run in the Orlando NBA Bubble. However, he was able to achieve a milestone off the court as he recently got engaged with his longtime girlfriend Daniela Rajic. The 10-year veteran wanted to share the good news on social media but found himself on the receiving end of jokes instead.

Twitter fans also poked fun of George who used to date and reportedly cheated on  former Clippers head coach Doc Rivers' daughter, Callie, back in 2014. Again, these are just NBA rumors and have very little to do with Paul George now or Daniela Rajic.

George and Rajic already have two kids as a couple while Callie Rivers recently got married to Dallas Mavericks veteran guard Seth Curry. On the court, the six-time All-Star is coming off a subpar campaign after the Clippers underwhelmed and failed to meet high expectations set on them in the 2019-2020 season.

The team found themselves on the losing end of a 3-1 meltdown against the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Semi-Finals, thus failing to set up a much-awaited playoff series with their hallway rivals in the Los Angeles Lakers.

Their recent struggles also led to the relocation of Doc Rivers who is now named the new head coach for the Philadelphia 76ers while former assistant coach Tyronn Lue was promoted to serve as the main tactician for the Clippers next season.

Hopefully, the momentous occasion will serve as an inspiration for Paul George to find his groove back on the court and lead the Clippers back to contention in their 2020-2021 NBA campaign.
