The NBA Finals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics has not been short of incidents. Celtics fans are some of the most passionate supporters in all of the NBA and after their antics in Game 3, they have been on the receiving end of some criticism from within and around the NBA.
Several Warriors players have already called out the Celtics fans for their NSFW tirades against Draymond Green during Game 3. As it turns out, it wasn't only Green who was victimized by this passionate fanbase. Apparently, some team staffers have also been going through quite a traumatic ordeal in Boston (h/t Jason Dumas of Bleacher Report):
I’ve chatted with multiple Warriors staffers (who work in various diff roles in the org) and their experience here in Boston has been crazy.
One told me “I had to take off my Dubs shirt Wed morning because I kept getting cursed out.”
Another: “I’ve been flipped off 17 times.”

One wouldn't choose to change the shirt he had on his back unless there was a threat to his own personal security. I mean, you expect to get some stick from opposing fans, but it just feels like these incidents are taking things to the next level.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver already said that he wants the fans to “enjoy themselves” and that “I love the energy that Boston fans bring to the game.” However, at what point do you say that enough is enough?
