The Brooklyn Nets took down the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night at State Farm Arena, thanks to a 31-point night from superstar Kevin Durant. It's no secret that NBA players deal with lots of flak on the court from fans and KD was the latest victim.
During the victory vs. Atlanta, the Nets forward fired back at a fan in NSFW fashion after he told Durant to “stop crying”.
You can't exactly tell what KD said, but there was definitely some profanity in there. The Nets quickly shut up the Hawks supporters though. That wasn't the only controversy of the night for Durant, who also got into a scuffle with Trae Young. The size difference was frankly hilarious here:

With the win, the Nets improved to 18-8 on the season and solidified their spot at the top of the Eastern Conference. Despite being without Kyrie Irving due to his vaccination stance, Brooklyn is doing just fine. KD is leading the NBA in scoring with 28.5 points per night, while James Harden is starting to find his rhythm. The likes of LaMarcus Aldridge and Patty Mills are proving to be very solid role players as well.
Durant isn't new to trash talk from fans, but it usually comes on Twitter, where he is very vocal. But, you love to see him doing it in person.
