The Chicago Bulls are doing everything possible to stay within reach of the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Playoffs. As of now, the team is down 1-2 to Milwaukee and time is running out in Game 4. Unfortunately for Chicago, Alex Caruso fell to injury and it's not looking good for the stand-out shooting guard.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Alex Caruso suffered a possible concussion. The Bulls are evaluating the health of their guard, but due to the possible seriousness of the injury, Caruso will not be returning to the court on Sunday.

This is concerning for Chicago outside of this matchup as well. If Alex Caruso does have a concussion, then he could be ruled out for Game 5. With the Bulls already down in the series and potentially falling 1-3 pending this current game, Chicago's season might be coming to a close soon.

Hopefully, Alex Caruso isn't suffering from anything serious. Even so, the Bulls might be without him in their next game against the Bucks. This is the most crucial part of the NBA season, as the clock is ticking on this organization right now. This team had an up and down year, but an early exit could lead to big changes in the offseason.

The official injury has not been announced yet, so there is a real chance Caruso could return for Game 5. It's important to continue monitoring the situation though, as his injury could prove to be an issue for the Bulls' chances to keep their postseason hopes alive. Keep an eye on Chicago and Alex Caruso, as an official update should be brought to light soon.
