Though he struggled with accuracy from the field for most of the night, Zach Lavine's clutch free-throws in the closing seconds of Wednesday's night's game against the Wizards led the Bulls to a 110-109 come-from-behind victory in overtime.
Lavine made five big free-throws in the final 5.5 seconds of regulation to tie the game twice. Interestingly, the former first-round pick finished the matchup with a 6-of-23 mark form the field, but he made all 11 of his attempts at the free-throw line.
Though the pressure was on, Lavine remained calm, cool and collected:

Chicago was down by as many as 18 points at one point in the fourth quarter, but a 21-3 rally forced an overtime frame, where the Bulls managed stave off the Wizards. Lauri Markkannen led Chicago with 31 points and nine rebounds, while Lavine finished with 24 points, five assists, five rebounds and three steals.
“That was an ugly game,” LaVine said, via NBA.com. “We finally came back and won. We had a big time fourth quarter. We hung in there and made big shots. When it's ugly, might as well get ugly with it and get a good win.”
The Bulls improved to 11-19 with Wednesday night's victory. They'll be back in action on Saturday, as they're scheduled to face the Detroit Pistons. Tip-off inside Little Caesars Arena is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
