Atlanta Hawks forward Jabari Parker's tenure with the Chicago Bulls lasted just 39 games last season. Parker didn’t have a good relationship with head coach Jim Boylen and Chicago traded Parker to the Washington Wizards in the Otto Porter Jr. trade.
Parker returns to Chicago on Wednesday to face the Bulls. The Hawks forward says he has more street cred than the entire Bulls organization since he's a Chicago native and does plenty of charity work in the city, per Eric Woodyard of ESPN:
Jabari Parker returns to Chicago today as a member of the Hawks, but insists there’s no hard feelings toward the Bulls. "I just had to move on, but that never changed about how I feel about my city because I have more street cred than that organization period," he told ESPN. pic.twitter.com/hiArB9MVFP

Parker was never able to live up to the hype of being a No. 2 overall pick with the Milwaukee Bucks, but it wasn’t his fault. He tore his ACL twice. Parker has since played for the Bulls, Wizards and Hawks.
Parker is scoring the ball well for the Hawks this season. He’s averaging 16.2 points while shooting 50.2 percent from the field and 71.4 percent from the free-throw line. The Hawks, after losing to the Miami Heat on Tuesday, are 6-18 on the season.
He won't admit it, but Parker will likely be motivated to defeat the Bulls with family and friends in attendance at the United Center. Don't expect Parker and Boylen to share any pregame hugs either. That relationship was pretty bad behind the scenes.
