The Brooklyn Nets took a breather on Monday, so Kevin Durant had extra time to watch the other NBA teams go at it. Apparently, he chose to tune in on the game between the Denver Nuggets and Philadelphia 76ers.
Good choice for the Nets superstar. After all, it's always a great idea to watch two MVP frontrunners battle each other, especially with how Nikola Jokic and Joel Embiid have been flexing for the Nuggets and Sixers, respectively in recent weeks.
One particular play caught KD's attention. After grabbing the rebound, Jokic jumpstarted the fastbreak and then almost nonchalantly issued a no-look one-handed bounce pass to a streaking Jeff Green for the easy slam.

Of course, the Nets forward had to express his appreciation for Jokic's quarterbacking genius via Twitter. With a perfect meme to boot.

While he's not as prolific a playmaker as Jokic is, Durant has had his fair share of nifty dimes, so he knows a pretty one when he sees one.
OR—and it is a big or—maybe KD just wants to witness the new team of his former Nets teammate who shall not be named get burned. It's also no secret that the two-time Finals MVP also has a running feud with Sixers star Joel Embiid.
Whatever it is, Durant is surely enjoying his night-off before the Nets take on the Orlando Magic this Tuesday.
