Denver Nuggets backup point guard Isaiah Thomas wants to be in LeBron James' Space Jam 2.
Space Jam 2 will begin filming in the summer of 2019. Thomas and James were teammates briefly with the Cleveland Cavaliers last season.
I gotta be in Space Jam 2

Isaiah Thomas has yet to play in a game this season for the Nuggets. Thomas underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right hip on March 28. There is still no timetable for his return to the court.

What role would Thomas play if he was in Space Jam 2? First, the lefty has to talk with his pal LeBron and see if he can even be in the movie. If he gets the approval, Thomas will then have a variety of characters to choose from.
Thomas signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Nuggets in July. With the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers last season, Thomas averaged 15.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 4.8 assists, shooting 37.3 percent from the field and 29.3 percent from beyond the arc.
Isaiah Thomas is being reunited with Michael Malone in Denver. Malone coached Thomas with the Sacramento Kings. The two have a very strong relationship and Thomas believes Malone will use him correctly with the Nuggets and get the best out of him on the floor.
