The Denver Nuggets seem to have conflicting feelings for Valentine's Day. The team ran an in-arena promo for the day of hearts but Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. couldn't have given more conflicting answers.
Jokic apparently isn't a big fan of V-Day. The Nuggets franchise player gave a profound reason for his disapproval.
“I hate it. … Love is an everyday thing, not a one day thing.”
*smiles to himself*
“I am so good with these answers.”
The #Nuggets just ran an in-arena promo for Valentine's Day. Nikola Jokic was asked how he feels about the holiday.
"I hate it. … Love is an everyday thing, not a one day thing."

The Nuggets star just loves love too much to keep it bound within one day. Hard to expect anything less from the man they call Big Honey.

Michael Porter Jr., meanwhile, gave a nearly polar opposite take on Valentine's Day. MPJ just wants to find a “baddie” to spend the day with. No shame in that!
“I love it,” said the Nuggets forward. “If I don't have one on the day already imma find me a baddie for sure”
Jokic: "No, love is an everyday thing"
Green and Barton: "I love love *looove* Valentine's Day 😏"
MPJ: "I love it. If I don't have one on the day already imma find me a baddie for sure" https://t.co/14SK3N2gPT

It's definitely not out of character for Michael Porter Jr. He was famously caught on live television years back after gushing over a blonde “baddie” in the stands.
“Bro, there are so many baddies in here bro. That one over there, the blonde.” MPJ always shooting 😭 pic.twitter.com/1stRhOxbHy

There's no one way to define love and how to spend your Valentine's day. Here's to hoping the Nuggets stars enjoyed theirs.
