Golden State Warriors All-Star power forward Draymond Green worked with Hall of Famer Charles Barkley for TNT during the Western Conference playoffs, and he did a tremendous job.

Many people were wondering if things would be awkward between Green and Barkley since they have called each other out on plenty of occasions in the past.

However, in an interview with Marc Stein of the New York Times, Green says he enjoyed working with Chuck.

“Chuck has been in the TV business for 20 years,” Draymond Green said about Charles Barkley. “Any time someone is in one particular business for that long, they’re usually pretty good — and Chuck is really good.

“I think when we’re out there, there’s usually several differences of opinion, and that’s fine. Our opinions don’t always have to align. He’s an amazing person and he’s an amazing talent when it comes to TV. I respect him.”

The Warriors had the worst record in the NBA before the 2019-20 season was suspended in March, so they weren't invited to Walt Disney World for the bubble games, which allowed Green to work for TNT.

In 2020-21, though, Green and the Warriors should be back in the playoffs since stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson will return to the lineup together.

Curry, a two-time MVP and the greatest shooter in NBA history, only played in five games this season due to a broken hand, while Thompson missed the entire campaign recovering from the ACL tear he suffered in Game 6 of the 2019 Finals against the Toronto Raptors.

The Warriors will also have a full season with former No. 1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins (assuming he's not traded again) and the second overall pick in the 2020 draft.
