JaVale McGee has had a weird playoffs to say the least, but when his number is called it seems that he is always ready.
So far this season he has had three starts, and eight games where he didn't even step foot on the court, but every time that he has played, he seems to have good games.
Game 2 on Sunday night was one of those games where he got the start, and he made the most of his opportunity. He got the first points of the game on an easy dunk, and it seemed to set the tone for the rest of the game for the Warriors.
He only played 18 minutes finishing the game with 12 points on 6-6 shooting, and although he only played 18 minutes, McGee said it was the most fun he's ever had playing basketball.

“There’s way less nerves,” McGee said via The Mercury News. “Last year was the first Finals I was in, so it was more uhhhh uhhhh. Now it’s just basketball.”
“It’s the most fun I’ve had in basketball,”
McGee also credits a lot of his success to his teammates, because they really opened the floor for him to do his job.
“It’s a lot different because everybody’s not focused on you,” McGee said. “They’re focused on Draymond getting people open and assisting everybody. They’re focused on Klay [Thompson], [Kevin Durant] and Steph [Curry] scoring. It makes it a lot easier for me.”
There is no guarantee McGee will even see the court in Game 3, but for now, he is just enjoying his time.
