For the past three years, the Golden State Warriors have been the most successful team in the NBA. They have won two championships over that span, appearing in three straight Finals series, and even won a record 73 games during the 2015-16 campaign. Their high-octane offense is credited for their run of success, as their very talented lineup has been showing a lot of unselfishness and running their sets to near perfection.

A graphic was recently posted by Sports Quantitative Analyst Steve Shea on Twitter, which shows how many possessions the Dubs have where they use cuts or off-screen to score baskets. Although it’s expected to be a very high number, what comes as a shock is that the next team on the list is trailing them by more than 66 percent.

This definitely says a lot about their discipline and drive to be win a lot of games. Head coach Steve Kerr and his staff also deserves to be given a lot of credit for making sure their system is being followed by all their players. Despite having four All-Stars, they have shown that they can co-exist on the floor, and share the basketball.

If they can maintain that number this coming season, the Warriors will once again be a very difficult team to beat, and are expected to be the favorites to win their second title in a row. Their offense has already been very hard to defend, and with an upgraded roster, they increase their chances further, which is definitely concerning to the rest of the competition.
