There likely would not be any more Jaylen Brown sightings on the floor in the Summer League. The incoming Boston Celtics sophomore is expected to be pulled out from team's summer league lineup after Brown suffered a bruised thigh in Tuesday's 89-88 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers according to ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

While the injury isn't considered serious, it's just wise for the Celtics to put Brown in the doghouse rather than let the third overall selection in last year's draft see more action and risk aggravating the injury.

This isn't the first time in this Summer League that a player was forced to miss at least a game with 76ers guard Markelle Fultz out for the remainder of the competition with an ankle injury along with Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram, who had incurred a leg injury.

Brown averaged 12.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in two contests in this year's Summer League.
