When it comes to surpassing a ton of people's expectations, Utah Jazz rookie shooting guard Donovan Mitchell should immediately be someone who comes to mind.
On Thursday night, Mitchell showed his support on Twitter for the first overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft, Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback and 2017 Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield, who went from being a walk-on at both Texas Tech and Oklahoma to the draft's first selection.
Man from a walk on to number 1 pick! What a inspiring story! For all the young kids out there who don’t feel good enough keep working and believe yourself!💯🙏🏾 congrats @bakermayfield
