After their .500 start through the first 10 games of the season, the Los Angeles Lakers have lost seven of their next 10, and are currently struggling to regain their form. However, Luke Walton still sees a lot of positive takeaways from their situation, as he understands that it's part of the growing pains he was already anticipating.

Instead of getting frustrated, the second-year head coach made it known, via ClutchPoints' own Ryan Ward, that the situation could build on their identity and culture as a group. That said, it could help them mature together, which will make them better in the future.

Having played in the league as well before, Walton went through similar experiences as his players and learned a lot from it. He now applies it in his job as a head coach, and shares his positivity to them, always finding the good even during difficult times.

With how the Lakers are still being competitive despite losing a lot of games, they may just be able to return to their winning way, if they put a little more effort whenever they play. Should that happen, it will be a huge boost to their confidence and will make their remaining games even more interesting to see.
